Similarly, since U.S President Joe Biden came to power, the U.S military has announced to leave Afghanistan by 2021 and set back the whole military equipment to its home country. Although, the US may not be able to transport back all its war equipment as the cost surpasses its utility. But, the Pentagon might be handing over less sensitive equipment to local Afghan security establishments along with the military bases in key Afghan cities. The Americans are also reaching out to neighboring countries to strike some sort of a deal for its military equipment which may fetch it unexpected dividends in material or non-material terms. There is a possibility that the equipment handed over to Afghan security forces might end up in the hands of Taliban fighters. Therefore, in the absence of any guarantees, military gadgets which might not pose any significant challenge to Kabul will be doled out to local Afghan forces.
In world political scenarios, proxy war tactics remain an effective approach to advocating and safeguarding the countries' interests. Since the breakdown of the USSR, proxy culture has taken place universally with precisive measures and selective targets.
Proxies are trained with sophisticated weapons and technology to launch in place of regular forces into other countries. More or less, every country around the world holding a proxy to operate against the foe country to extend their existence by creating chaos and horror. Yes, most of them appeared destructive to the world peace with irrespective killings of civilians and pose a permanent threat to the regional security. For instance, ISIS played an exemplary role by pushing horror and gruesome techniques in Syria, Iraq, and now in Afghanistan. It was the United States administration that erected the Taliban culture upon a poorly governed country, Afghanistan that sooner or later got the momentum to recruiting youngsters around the Arab countries and Pakistan
The existing structure of ISIS in Afghanistan, which has already been heavily inflicted by local Afghan forces in the region. Naturally, they are anti-Taliban and are mostly operating under the supervision of the U.S and its regional allies. The group may not dissipate instantaneously as the main protagonists in future turbulence. Meantime, the U.S can utilize its services as military contractors for achieving certain objectives of making sure their permanent existence in Afghanistan. The group along with other anti-Taliban violent groups may also act as a catalyst to prolong the period of disturbance to maintain constant pressure on forces of the regional countries. This is also an opportunity or a permanent threat to the neighboring countries Pakistan and Iran to make sure their policies on Afghanistan.
